1. Scope & Purpose
These Terms govern the access to and use of the DentalRail platform, a dental-practice SaaS operated by DentalRail LLC. By registering an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. User Account & Access
You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You may enable advanced authentication (such as Passkeys or WebAuthn) for added security.
3. Data Ownership & Processing
Your clinic and patient data entered into the Service remains your property. DentalRail acts only as a processor, storing and processing data to deliver the Service and comply with applicable regulation (GDPR, HIPAA-style, etc.).
4. Subscription & Payment
The Service is provided via subscription, billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Invoices are made available in the dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only in accordance with law, professional ethics, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Unauthorized access, data scraping or resale of the Service is prohibited.
6. Termination & Suspension
DentalRail may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time; upon termination your data will be deleted or made available for export according to the Data Retention Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. DentalRail shall not be liable for indirect damages such as business interruption, data loss, or external network failures beyond its control.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
